4. Representation in litigation through all instances (with the exception of the Federal Court of Justice) up to the Federal Constitutional Court.

5. Support in negotiations including conducting negotiations with authorities in permit, planning and award procedures.

We are constantly working in an international environment. Therefore, we often draft or negotiate contracts, agreements, due diligence reports, expert opinions, etc. in English.
